Access to Digital Programs
All Lauskas courses are delivered digitally and become available immediately after enrollment. Because access is granted instantly, refund eligibility depends on both timing and usage.
Review Window
Participants may submit a refund request within five (5) calendar days from the date of purchase.
This allows time to explore course structure and initial modules.
Usage Consideration
Refund requests are evaluated based on engagement level, including:
• accessed modules or lessons
• time spent within the platform
• interaction with learning materials
• completion of activities
Limitations
Refunds may not be approved if:
• a significant portion of content has been accessed
• the request is submitted after the allowed period
• course content matches the description but expectations differ
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
